Donate/Contribute to the Royal Band Boosters
There are many ways you can support our program. We utilize this page to accommodate both donations and parent contributions to our various programs. If your payment is related to a specific purchase (like $35 for a yearbook, or $40 for a Jazz Hoodie) or specific program fees, please note the student's name and what the payment is for on the payment. For donations, "General donation" can be mentioned, but is not required.

All cash envelopes and checks must include the following:
Your student’s first and last name
Purpose of payment (okay to write in memo line for checks)
The contributor's phone number
This includes all checks your student may collect for fundraisers
Check Acceptance Policy: There is a $25 fee on all returned checks, regardless of the amount of the check. If a second check is returned for non-sufficient funds, all transactions with SMHS Royal Band Boosters must be paid in cash or money order.
Employer Gift Match or Community Supporter: Many companies offer matching gift programs to encourage employees to contribute to charitable organizations. Some provide matching funds to support employee volunteer hours. Most of these programs match contributions dollar for dollar, and some will even double or triple the amount of your gift!
Refunds – If a student drops from the Band & Color Guard program, his/her contributions may or may not be refunded, depending on when the student drops and how the contributions were paid. There will be no refunds on proceeds from SMHS Royal Band Booster fundraisers. Money made from fundraisers will go into the band’s General Fund. Travel fees related to tournament or special events are not typically refundable as monies often have already been paid on behalf of the student to assure their place on the trip. Contact Mr. Kiyoi or the Booster President if you have questions.
